Old Testament Pattern for the Ministry of Helps: Aaron and the Levitical Priesthood

Aaron, the high priest.  The set leader or authority:  
                                      
(This person in the local body can be called any number of names: bishop, pastor, pastor, apostle, elder, department head, youth pastor, etc. Your organizational structured would determine who this set authority would be.)
  
“Therefore you and your sons with you shall attend to your priesthood for everything at the altar and behind the veil; and you shall serve.  I give your priesthood to you as a gift of service,  but the outsider who comes near shall be put to death”                                                          

Numbers 18:7 NKJV
                                          
 The Levites, dedicated to do the work in the tabernacle.
 
(All of those lay members  or volunteers)
                    
 “Also bring with you your brethren of the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, That they may be joined with you and serve you while you and your sons are before the  tabernacle of witness.  They shall attend to your needs and all the needs of the tabernacle … for all the work of the tabernacle.”
